Delivery

When an order has been received by us, we make sure that it is sent by Postnord or UPS within 1-3 days on public weekdays. We always deliver to the collection point.

In the event that an item cannot be delivered within the agreed time, we will notify you of this without undue delay. We will inform about the reason for the delay and a new date for delivery. In the event of such a delay, the customer is offered to cancel the purchase without incurring any costs.

If you want to return an item, contact us via our contact form for return label and further information. All garments and products must be sent in their original packaging if they came in such. In the event of a canceled purchase, the consumer bears the initial shipping cost.

Payment and payment options

All orders are made via the website. You will receive an order confirmation sent to your email confirming your purchase. Always look through it and check that it matches your wishes.

All prices are in Euros and include VAT (25%). Supportersplace reserves itself against any misprints and items being sold out. Promotional and sale prices may be limited in time and in such cases only apply until the promotion is interrupted. Shipping fee will be added to all orders unless otherwise stated. This is reported as an expense at checkout. Any costs for installments and promotions will be added when these options are selected at checkout.

Supportersplace meets the requirements for PCI DSS and holds SSL certificates. Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where payment is made directly to Klarna:

• Pay within 14 days: Payment time is 14 days from the shipment of the goods.
• Account: Klarna Account is an account credit provided by Klarna and which gives the borrower the opportunity to pay his purchases in installments monthly with at least 1/24 of the total utilized credit amount or in accordance with the terms approved at checkout. • Pay Direct: Automatic withdrawal from your bank account: based on direct debit and your account will be debited approximately two banking days after the purchase has been completed or the item has been sent. The conditions for using direct debit can be found here.
• Bank transfer: Your account will be debited immediately after the order is placed.
